Aha. Very true. There was a lot of head-in-the-sand syndrome among Germans AND Americans for that matter, back in WWII. As the Jews were being exterminated, many people just refused to believe that this kind of evil could exist and be perpetrated by their own countrymen. Anyway, the Muslims are a different breed. They openly encourage suicide bombings and beheadings and everyone has access to a satellite dish so they can watch the latest hate-filled propaganda on Al-Jazeera.
