MacRandy - that was a fairly objective response to mine, so I thank you for that.

As I've posted before, I have no desire to heap on Anthony. Criminal convictions are tough. The standard of proof, protections, etc. The government rarely goes forward unless they feel the case is iron clad. I have nothing to add.

My purpose for posting was to respond to sheeple who feel that they are insulated somehow. They fail to realize the value of the trial as discovery for future actions, likely civil.

Moonman - with his inane posts, largely attacking anyone who tries to post against the party line here is reminiscent of how the sheeple would work in the past to further the work of the leader. Unfortunately for the sheeple, IMO, this will be a factor as we go forward and as the lights shine on the man in the moon, he will see that the moonman has no light of his own to generate.

If the sheeple used the fruits of information obtained from the FBI data base or if the sheeple were part and parcel of any alleged extortion or if they furthered the scheme, and reasonably should have known what they were doing, then civil liabilities should be issues with which the sheeple will be dealing.
