I'll see what I can do on the "most" lists, with the expectation there will be some tweaking down the road. They will be based on static data that gets updated on fixed intervals in order to minimize overhead.

That's a different but somewhat related issue to the most/active/hot lists. I doubt you will see SI deploy screens or ratings systems that can be manipulated to any significant extent. Raw data is best, and users can form their own conclusions. Similarly, while you see individual counts of bans and ignores, you won't see Most Ignored or Most Banned lists, since there would undoubtedly be users (Graystone would say "camps") who would try to manipulate them, and there would undoubtedly be disruptive behavior by some users trying to "make the grade", as it were.

That's not to say that some information might not slip out occasionally... <g>
