Man, those are really cool sites. What type of blade was your find? Was it a Clovis? I've heard that the Clovis makers achieved a much higher level than those following.

(I walked through an obsidian field on a backpacking trip around The Three Sisters, Oregon. It had been extensively mined by native Americans. Obsidian makes good blades, but I don't think you can spark it like flint.)
