Okay I did a little research and, imo, there is nothing to this.

(1) No court has approved anything. A lawsuit was just filed, there has been no decision made.

(2) This only pertains to a single teacher. It is not a decision by the district on how to teach kids.

(3) The teacher in question was handing out ONLY those portions of the Declaration that deal with God (i.e., edited portions of it).

I don't see what is wrong with requiring the teacher to give the kids the entire Declaration, rather than a mere snippet. The teacher does the same thing with other historical documents.

In short, there is no story here.
