I guess the difference was (And Bogie is my all time favourite) is that McQueen was more like a regular guy feel to him.. whereas Bogie was kinda on another plain... but they both had those eyes that could look right through you... Along with All the ususal suspects :o) I particularly liked High Sierra (with Ida Lupino) Other faves as a kid were Randolph Scott, John Garfield , Errol Flynn Jimmy Stewart and Gregory Peck but of those only John Garfield was 'cool'... Spots.
