If you're referring to me, I wasn't a member of Tony's "club". Neither was Jeff.

I can't speak for the members of Tony's site, but I can speak for people on SI. Basically, what you are referring to is a feeding frenzy. Someone will point out a red flag about some company or other leading to a cooperative deboning by others. Granted, you could probably toss a dart at a penny stock and find a scam, but the point is that there's such a wealth of information available on the net and people here on SI have become so adept at finding it that the time from IDing to shorting has shrunk dramatically. Can mistakes happen and can such outings turn into witch hunts? Of course. But the double-edged sword here is that one can argue that Elgindy exploited his relationship with the FBI to make sure that it didn't.

Hedgefundman you are drooling and slobbering again. Your fantasy is that - a fantasy. Your vocabulary is in it's own world, just like you. No one knows and cares what your "t'aint" remark means and everybody who is innocent, even if it's Elgindy himself, will stay out of trouble. Your hell-bent desire to the see the former members go down in a ball of flames is decidedly bad karma that will creep back to you no doubt about it. Enjoy that period when it arrives, cuz that's what you ordered. I look forward to the day where you will disappear in shame as it becomes totally clear to you that the former members will not even hear so much as a negative peep out of the justice system. The average member was your average joe who looked for direction in how to make money in the market and avoid scam stocks and stocks with no future. You know, like Etoys which was pumped by GS to buy at 90, the same morning that Elgindy called it the short of the century. Gee.

Too bad you missed out on the insight, sounds to me you are jealous and now just poking where you think it might hurt. LOL - the posts are very reflective of a person with mental issues, perhaps you could resolve those through a a series of visits with your local doctor. Check it out.
