Well, the term "network neutrality principle" certainly has given some the fodder they need to sew and reap the ethereal blather to fill their blog pages, in case you haven't noticed.

Funny, how a tenet that should be so obvious suddenly finds mass presence due to a speaker's choice of topic at the podium one day, or what an out of work bureaucrat who just joined a think tank writes when the first thing that comes to his or her mind pops up.

NNP has been a topic discussed now in ways that have caused its original intent to become so mutated that I liken it to the game where a message is whispered into the ear of successive people around a table until it gets back to you meaning something quite different than what you initially said.
