What else was Kerry supposed to do? If he couldn't win on the issue of the economy, especially in a hard-hit state like Ohio, then what's the point? If the christian right really could claim to be the reason for bush's victory, i would be really worried. I have not believed the morality theory from the get go. Frankly Kerry was damaged goods from the start. His vietnam past, though in my view very honorable, became an easy target. So were his votes on the war. And these issues really undermined his credibility on anything else. I remain firmly convinced that bush is the worst president of my lifetime and kerry would have been a far better choice. Al
