sorry mish - "hold your horses" - Monaco IS France no matter how you want to twist it. As of now is an independent entity on paper only and for tax purposes - Let say it is part of a tradition

Security is France responsibility, as are borders, custom duties etc. With a population of several blocks in NYC is that a country ? (34,000 or so )

In any case what that has to do with anything on this tread or zeus628 remarks?

Are any of your sources commenting about the whole new dimension and level of Fed and CB monetizing and OMO activity of late? This has to be getting the attention of bond market players and observers?
