You keep bringing up the term "sinister" when I find the situation oddly laughable.
A man who is facing like 40 years supposedly uses his daily jail call to contact you and ask if you could assign a new moderator to some pissant thread in the middle of cyberspace, and you seriously entertain and act upon the request.
And now reviewing the current version of TOU to see if there are any applicable clauses
