When they get cornered, they shift the discussion to a related area and make their opponents look foolish. The original discussion the soldiers brought up was about trucks, not Humvees. Later, the discussion was shifted to Humvees which are armored at a much higher rate. So when people wander down this dead end, it will be trumpeted that Humvees are almost all armored, so what is the uproar all about? nytimes.com
