Still haven't figured out how he spoke with the police department of a rural town which has no police department.

Howdy Mr. M.

I remember when "RICO" was his favourite phrase regarding stocks (not understanding what the RICO Act was all about). I remember that fateful Dec. 97 when everything was cruising along just fine (except for those pesky SEC folks). I remember that peculiar "bmart" fella who spoke with near-regal and dignified condescension (and the 101 aliases since then, with whom he has had many conversations).

Still haven't figured out how he spoke with the police department of a rural town which has no police department. Or how Fedex delivered non-existent steak knives that morphed into non-existent swords. The fake French medical degree and well — the fake French language, still remain a mystery. Riley, Kuhns, the Chicago Bears and Elvis, however, have left the building. Wonder if his boxing/training clients would get their money back if they knew about his real "Golde Gloves"?

Seems to have 9 lives as a litigant, though. Not bad for a Putz. What's your favourite Pugs Memory?

Warmest Regards,
-MrB

You have a funny notion of "credibility". Who told you that Mikey Slyver was a crook, that his company would be delisted, that they would NOT have a store in every mall by October 98, that there was no Sweet Factory deal, and Slyver's notion of FDA approval was bozo? We did.

Who argued otherwise? You did.

Who was wrong? You were. Same thing happened with every other company you've shilled on the boards, so when you natter on about "credibility", most people just snicker to themselves, considering the source. Others just outright guffaw. You should just quit talking about "information" and "credibility" until you develop some. Your perfect 7-year record of being wrong on both is unparalleled.

Carmine Bua was attorney for entity which bought asia4sale from Ziasun. It then was sold before and after merger by Offshore Boiler Rooms. They walked it up to about $120,000,000 market cap and then sold to and fleesed foriegn investors then the market makers walked away when they where done with it and now is at zero bid and delisted

Dear God. You really are completely delusional.

This is why, for example, you and the webfraud3 were used so easily by Operation Uptick & Bermuda Short racketeers in their AZNT stock promotion - you are so hopelessly incapable of any real diligence...

Just to set the record straight, YOU were the person used by AZNT management and their cronies. Not only did you believe everything they said, even when provided factual information to the contrary; you also persuaded friends and family to buy stock. You did exactly the same thing with RMIL.

And as for those racketeers, YOU were Fasano's buddy. Remember when he bought a bunch of stuff from your gym?

Due diligence: we're "incapable" of it? Tell that to the crooks we helped get nailed. Including the noble Mad Mikey Sylver, to whom you were joined at the hip for years. You're lucky you didn't get included in the SEC's lawsuit against him.
