Yes, and the black Southern people complained about racism, raped women complain about being raped, abused wives whine about getting beat up, and molested children complain a lot too.

Yes and the sun is hot, water is wet and they sky often looks blue. It seems you have the ability to list facts, it would be more interesting if you could show some relevance to this list of facts.

What's your point? Or are you really so vapid that you're saying that soldiers in war never have a valid basis for complaining? Are you trivializing the complaints of men and women who are dying, getting their limbs blown off and getting paralyzed because they're riding in inferior equipment when it's within our means to provide better equipment?

No they often have valid reasons to complain. My point is that complaining, or even having valid reasons to complain is nothing new. Complaints, both valid and invalid will always occur because our military is not, and never will be, perfect. But the truth is our military is very well equipped and the equipment, training, techniques and support that our military has reduces the number of casualties we suffer, esp. the number of deaths. Rumsfeld wasn't very diplomatic but what he said was true. There will always be problems and imperfections. We should deal with the problems and imperfections but we shouldn't make an enormous issue over something that is not an enormous issue but rather a matter of a change at the margin. A change that should be made, but a marginal change not a major national issue. The election is over but apparently for some people it is not, for those people issues like these get blown out of proportion to use as a club against the administration.
