The Allied Powers CREATED Hitler. Had there been no forced reparations during the Depression (which drove Germany into despair) there simply would not have been an environment for nationalistic hate to grow. We grew Hitler in a mulch of post-war hell and we're growing the next one now in Africa and the Middle East right now. Iraq is particularly notable for the quality of the mulch.
