You want to look for a section detail through a typical exterior column, the components are lableled #36 through #42. Notice that the only point of contact between aluminum and steel occurs at the interior of the building. On the exterior, where galvanic action might be an issue, the aluminum cladding (which most likely was either anodized or had a baked enamel finish for proofing against corrosion) is segregated from the structural steel by a layer of vermiculite plaster. While there might be some chance of minor oxidation in this system, it would be minimal. Furthermore, the steel structure of the WTC complex is of an entirely different nature from the original cast iron framework of the Statue of Liberty, so the comparison there is apples and oranges to begin with, and furthermore, the Statue of Liberty survived for 100 years with a vastly inferior galvanic separation. As is so very often the case with Jeff Rense's materials, it is very easy to smell the dank aroma of C.I.A. disinformation in the work of Karl W.B. Schwarz. I have no doubt that Schwarz ("Black" Ops?) is mightily laboring to toss a red herring out in front of Jim Walter and get him to chase the wrong wabbit. The whole of Schwarz's story seems to be just so much poppycock. And with hardly any effort at all, I see that he's been active at the Online Journal (recently embarrassed by Wayne Madsen's outrageous fairy tales about vote fraud checks) and at the Meria Heller Radio Show, where Meria may need to do more vetting of her guests. I don't think it is worth the risk to your credibility to cite anything from that website without a huge caveat: "DISINFORMATION IS FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE!"
