The route America is taking is to own the big house on the hill. Beachfront is getting in short supply, and is out of my league anyway.
View on the hillsides , only a few lots filled, scattered big trees. Build the dream home.

Home builders with rural lots should do well, perhaps more so than the mall owners, chose among Bzh Len, Kbh, or many others. Is it LPX with acres by the millions in Florida?

Along with the new homes come all the accessories, like mowers from TTC, and pet supplies from Tsco and Petm. HD and Lows to support lawns, additions and fences. And the newest computers and big screen TVs

The government made sure we had plenty of dough, with those tax cuts, now is the time to spend it.hahahaha.

John,

Nice call on PFE. Despite short-term probs, I think that MRK and PFE are attractively priced for someone (like me) who's willing to hold for a year or two. Both are trading at 5+ year lows, pay good dividends, and generate great cash flow. Companies like these rebound over time.

It looks like my euphoric post on Blockbuster marked a top, at least in the short-term. Perhaps I should've stuck to my original plan and sold at least a portion in the mid-10s. Oh well, I guess that's why I'm still working for a living and you're a full time investor.

Are you still holding NOK? I've still got my full position. Also, any thoughts on the market in general? Other than pharma, I see no bargains.
