" The Democrats you're speaking of, are all Congressional baby boomers. Of course they may think differently than Gen X and Gen Y Democrats. A baby step might be better than nothing. But the idea of paying WS firms 1.5%/year is repulsive for a brainless index. I don't know about this idea.
