To suggest that NOT ALL end up at Daytona is a powerful analytical perception.

Beyond that, I ask you, "To whom do the primary benefits of a higher education accrue? And, what proportion of this educational investment is paid by students?"

Answer: Higher income accrues to the students, not to the taxpayers, the source of 50-75% of the true cost of education at public colleges.

Duh.....
