Gosh, Cobe, the cure sounds worse than the illness! I could live with it except for my fear of dying that way. It is SO awful! I am a vivid dreamer, and if it takes place during REM for you, that makes sense that I incorporate it into my dreams. I am slightly overweight (hey, but I have lost 7 pounds now on the low-fat diet! only 20 to go to be waiflike- well, ok, maybe not WAIFlike.)I notice that I wake up on my back when it happens so that may have something to do with it.

We have a hepa filter thingy by my side of the bed that makes enough noise that both of us can sleep, but at hotels I spend the night kicking Dan mercilessly because he always falls asleep first and sleeps like a log. Sometimes I feel really bad at how I beat up on him, but he never wakes up. He says I snore, but I don't know how he could know. (hmmph)

I guess I could call that clinic and see if they think it is life-threatening. If not, I will ignore it. It's getting to be a full-time job keeping my body together and functional during the day. I can't believe now I am even falling apart in my sleep.
