our universe is the ultimate result of a black hole That just puts off the 'origin' problem, it doesn't solve it. You end up with the problem of infinite regression- where does the first black hole come from? I didn't find the logic behind the suggestion that we are the only life form around compelling at all. I don't think the claim is that earth is the only planet with life. The anthropic principle indicates that the parameters required for life are very strict, and will be rare even in Carl Sagan's 'billions and billions' of solar systems.
