Though he was famous as a poker player, you knew he was a devious SOB. Clinton picked our pockets smiling as he did so. A lot of people didn't mind. In a lot of ways, Nixon was far, far better. He was a foreign policy genius. Who else would have sent Kissinger to China?

Clinton in my estimation was a complete failure in the foreign policy arena, from OBL to Rwanda to Mogadishu, a series of utter failures. I can't think of a single positive thing, though I'm sure some must exist. Since we were doing so well economically then, I suppose it didn't really matter.
