Baldwin makes a great product- or used to at least. As old as our spinet was, we got a great trade-in for it. The salesperson said they aged well and were high quality. How is yours doing now at your daughter's? I often wish that I had kept ours.

The tuner said that I am having to tune more now because I practice several hours a day and that using it that much causes it to go out. Also, the Young Chang is NOT aging well. It is about 17 years old now and has some weird clicky noises in the action. My guess is that I am also more discriminating since I am playing for "real" rather than for fun. And next to the school Yamahas with their gorgeous tone, I really notice when something is off.
I like my tuner-- he's old school, and tunes by ear rather than with that electonic tuner thing.
What I hate playing: electric keyboards.
