Go back to what you wrote Tench...why did you use the FDR expression? I interpreted it to mean that the bad things you referenced cannot happen?

check out the FBI memo in which the "Executive Order" authorizing interrogation techniques even the FBI disavows of....this one smells like real trouble for your president.
