The government is having trouble proving any of the main facts of the case, even against Anthony, they keep getting tripped up over each others feet. In light of the fact that Anthony was getting information from the FBI, which is what he claimed to be doing for his subscribers, the government would have to prove a conspiracy among all the website members, heheheh, good luck. I see new SI members with an axe to grind and basically I wonder why they are here. I understand the bitterness that sends some of these missives to the post button, Anthony was always light on tact and some of his imagined enemies, were not. I don't blame SI members for kicking him now for kicks he took at them in the past, life is like that. But for most readers, you have to ask yourself, who is really going to benefit from Anthony's silence on investment related websites ? I know who will benefit, the criminals who will get to carry on ripping off the public with scam companies and phony news releases. The thieves and cheats who steal the money they desire from an unsuspecting public, slick operators who pretend to be your friend while picking your pocket. Who did Anthony really hurt ? He hurt the criminals, he hurt the scam operators, he hurt the thieves and the cheats, he hurt those who would lie to line their pockets with my money.
