Graystone, Well done. I think you have it.

Hedgefundman, you have reverted to fantasy again. You would like to believe that Tony's success came from having been fed good stuff from private FBI databases, but that is far from reality of what went on day after day, week after week.

Plays were selected based upon PR's and market action. People who chose to, pitched in and helped with research. Even some of those who have had falling outs with Tony would agree that the room operated on an exchange of information about current "hot" stocks. Sometimes, issues would be researched simply because they were touted by people who were also touting other scam stocks, and if they proved to be overblown, then they also were suggested as trades. Anyone could suggest a trade, not just Tony.

When Tony first mentioned that FBI or other authorities were on the site, I certainly didn't think "Oh Boy! Private information"; I thought, "Well, we better cut the jokes out so they won't get mis-interpreted and better all make it clear that we are following the rules." I assume everyone else did as well. Do you think rational people would do otherwise?

If the FBI chose to be in the room and chose to pass along information directly or through Tony without even identifying who they were or without issuing a caution that the information constituted inside information, is the room supposed to be psychic? Millions of comments were made in the room over time. Which of them should have been recognized as "red flags"?

For NSOL, if a block of shares were really made available, as apparently they were, we had only Tony's comments to go on. As far as I know, people put their orders into their regular brokers and they were passed off to NITE or ISLD or wherever for execution. They were public shares being bought as far as I knew. (I never traded NSOL back then.)

Take a look at NSOL again today. Back to the same old tricks. A hype PR about how the US Government "validates" their technology because the govt. researched similar tech 15 years ago. The latest quarterly shows $67 cash in bank. (That's 6700 pennies.) I wonder how many shares were unloaded into the rally accompanying the PR...

In my opinion, Tony has pissed off the NASD for years. This is illustrated by their appeal after losing Tony's appeal on his suspension and fine. They're appealing a $1000 fine.

The illegal shorting of stocks is supported by DTC which is owned by the NYSE. There are too many big boys with deep pockets who have a vested interest in not letting a maverick upset the apple cart and their ability to hype scam stocks along with it; hyped stocks allow insiders to unload shares and naked shorters to slam them afterwards. Tony was a threat to their profits and too much in their faces.

If crimes were committed, they certainly shouldn't be simply that issues were shorted. They shouldn't be that true statements were released publically. They shouldn't be that people get together to trade together. If the FBI was out of line by sharing information, they should be punished, but asking indirect recipients of the information to be responsible should not be a crime. If it were, than anyone who trades on info. posted to SI that was illegally obtained is equally guilty whether you knew it was illegal or not.

T'aint me
or
Funny how this block of shares just landed here

The shares could then be used by Elgindy
and members of his private investment Web site to cover their short positions in Nuclear Solutions stock.

Peter testifying without a lawyer is his choice. Given the excerpts, one could question whether that is a good strategy. it doesn't reflect on truth of falsity. It is what it is. for his sake, hopefully it was a smart move.

The point of a trial is not to find Robbing Hood and his merry faith men but to determine if someone did something that is prohibited. The sheeple were part of a great hilarious rout of scams. They were judge, jury and executioner. It may be that the scams were scams, but what if they weren't? At least, sheeple will get the benefit of the doubt.

When they were taunting with bold CAPS and ====================> arrows, it was lotsa fun, wasn't it.

But now it's painful and hurtful and claims of being mean.

ISN'T IT IRONIC?
