I'm a FMG, a foriegn meddical graduate, A FMG can work on staff , UNCERTIFIED, as a P.A., A PA does physicians work but can't sign out the case because he isn't certified. His attending signs out the case. Besides FMG's, Foriegn M.D.'s, there are bonafide P.A.'s from PA programs also. You can call any local hospital and talk to their H.R. dept., They will inform you of FMG's, uncertified physicians, onstaff at their hospitals.”.

"Elgindy was one of several market makers who agreed to fix the price of a security so that a third party could benefit, backing Sten's testimony that Elgindy was part of a scheme to defraud."

Yet those MM's in the scheme went unpunished.

My sense is that Berke is extremely competent. A little googling will provide some support of that opinion.

That's not to say he couldn't have made a major blunder.

However, one cannot assume that the news reports of the trial reflect the impression the jury might be getting. The reports appear to focus on one or two most outlandish sentences out of the hundreds made by any particular witness.

I go back to this: let's see what the jury comes up with - they alone are in the best position to weigh all the evidence.

I think it's a fair trial, which anyone with a million dollars to invest in their defense can get in the United States.
