The most significant thing about Rummy's trip is whether or not he will be successful in rehabilitating himself. That's the story they wrote. Rehabilitate what? The whole Rummy story is a press fabrication. They took a planted question about armor that was not true of the unit the soldier belonged to and built it up into a "fire Rummy" frenzy. The MSM is outraged that they didn't get Bush. Now they are trying to get Rummy. This story is more of the "pile on." This was the LA Times Rumsfeld trip story. There was no other.
