The whole Rummy story is a press fabrication. They took a planted question about armor that was not true of the unit the soldier belonged to and built it up into a "fire Rummy" frenzy. Baloney. If the press is piling on, they're piling on not to that "planted question" but rather the votes of no confidence from Republicans. The story goes nowhere without the the Republicans having gone tone deaf on the rock star.
