Well, I was preaching that NASDAQ was a bubble to everyone whosoever would listen then. Homes are where people live and so they do not sell unless they are out of job. People sell falling stock prices because stocks have no utility of their own and short-sellers smoothen that fall to a new equilibrium. There is a huge difference between owning financial assets (for appreciation of value) and owning real assets for real utility.
