I would guess the most likely conviction is conspiring with an FBI agent to get classified information from a government database. Whether it was about securities or strawberries, it doesn't matter. It's a serious crime.

As for the rest, I agree it could get murky on appeal for the securities stuff. Not my area of expertise since I try to stay on the right side of all the regs.

As for who disappears, I generally find that when you don't respond to children's taunts and stunts to get attention, they get bored and quiet down.

But maybe there is therapeutic value on all sides simply repeating the same mantras endlessly. Certainly not for the lurkers.

Seriously, if you want to showcase the whole case against Pugs, start a dedicated thread and get those interested to post often. Then you get more bookmarks and accomplish your mission.

Some of us get the idea already.
