What different does it make?...Even if one believes in evolution, that does not take God out of the picture. Of course not. Which is why evolution is only a conflict for those who insist upon a literal interpretation of the Bible. Other Christians can just integrate science and their religion and move on. So it matters to those whose beliefs and world view are threatened by evolution. And, of course, it subsequently matters to those who care about what the insertion of creationism into science classes does to science and to the intellectual development of our kids.
