Really? The Red Cross said that the money would be directly used for victims when collecting for 9/11. However, they only gave assistance in the form of counselors etc, and not in direct aid as they had said.

What they did was reprehensible as they grossly misrepresented what they were going to do to help victims and families.....nobody could be too hard on them for that.
