Wow Jay. We agree the past is sealed, and you say the future is also sealed. That doesn't leave much scope for application of minds and manoeuvres <as to Taiwan, I fear its fate is sealed already ... here we read the situation differently, and we only need to wait for the revelation.> The manoeuvres on China's territory haven't even begun. I wonder if those manoeuvres will be over on the border with Russia, or in a marine environment, or maybe planned for onshore Taiwan. They will all need CDMA communications [communication being almost the definition of being human] whether or not they conduct the manoeuvres or not.
