I think you are probably incorrect about that. The terrorists are targeting innocent civilians, because that is what works for them at this time. The US is responsible for unleashing a period of terror upon the Iraqis, as we destabilized their society without having the means to keep control, and for that we are responsible. I am sure the numbers of Iraqi dead are very high- and would appall even the people who are for the war, were they to know the truth- but because the country is so impossible for us to control, it also makes it very difficult to get numbers, and of course our country doesn't even want to get any numbers on the dead, so it's simply not going to happen.

So you think when foreign terrorists come to Iraq and kill Iraqi civilians, its America's fault.

Was the US at fault for 911 IYO too, given that AQ objected to the presence of US troops in Saudi Arabia? The logic would be the same.
