Unless you feel that the Menendez brothers should share in the estate of their parents who they murdered. Isaiah 7 and Kings, describes how the other 10 tribes were betrayed. It takes a lot of Chutzba to now say that the betrayers have a claim on the land. The claim they have is for the land Israel is currently on.
