(and outwitted the british) PS However, EU has promised to take care of, handle, the british, one way or the other, 2-10 years. (however, as they have carefully buried all their two-party-reforms for already 15-75 years, and the tories-labor is in a such a gulleverian-orwellian-LAPUTA,BALNIBARBI, LUGGNAGG,GLUBBDUBDRIBian dilemma, who knows??) Same thing has been promised by both Wales, Scotland and both Irelands, even little Malta. (but Swift has been gone for a long time, Beckett too) PPS Intersting times coming up, UK and the euro (lots of papers to sign and implement, London City is, and has been busy) and what is even weirder, a constitution!!! Nothing as ancient and easy to manipulate as the US constitution, but a very modern, detailed verion, human rights and other smart stuff, now as well as many milleniums ago.. .
