<Everyone who consumes oil is responsible> and most have not responded in the same way.

however, that PISA study did not cover those classes, or they do not really exist in some nations.

Some are mostly focused on what Martha and her sister (the Magdalenas) did with their blessed oil.

However, last week was supposed to be the time for more hope for the ignorant, that wheel turned once again, some additional hope for those so forcefully dropped off the wagon.

How is Phil the Wagon Dropped Boy Gramm doing??

Hmm, did he have a problem with deficits, or did he drop them behind his wagon??

Everyone who consumes oil is responsible for the world's economy being dependent upon ME oil supplies.

There are some who are more responsible than others.
For example those who vote to block alternative transportation or energy sources.
A small clique of the wealthy and powerful benefit financially by preventing alternatives to the oil economy. Bush is a prime example of the corruption of this group.

Ocellated is obviously as an good an excuse as any, should be used more, I am sure Bush is skilled, although stingy.

Those spots too.. although Tony is more skilled as well as spotted.. that media-stuff..

Oc"u*late\, Oculated \Oc"u*la`ted\, a. [L. oculatus, fr. oculus eye.]
1. Furnished with eyes.
2. Having spots or holes resembling eyes; ocellated.

Btw, how is Jeb doing??

"that is a good question" as Tony usually too answers, littliest two-party poodle...

Yes, we have always owned vehicles, but never any real "gas guzzlers" that I can remember... There was the 57' Olds station wagon we fixed up in 1971, but that had the small V8 put in it. <g> Most of our vehicles have gotten above average gas mileage in the past, and all of them in the past two years.
And we have always purchased energy saving light bulbs, being among the first to go to compact fluorescents, and then later, LED lights... and have had at least partial solar power since 1985... Could have done much more, but at least we tried to do our part to divorce America from its foreign oil addiction, which is much more than the average American can say.

The belief that "evil greedy ones" want us to be dependent on oil and have manipulated events to make that happen is a great example of primitive thinking. Sorry.

I will take that as a compliment considering the source. Thank you.
