this is one of those things that I thought about when I was away from my computer and I knew I wanted, but I didn't think it through when I posted it. when I read your post I thought "why did I want that?" <g> I guess I haven't had enough coffee this morning. I like to read some posts to me without triggering the number of posts in my inbox to decrement by 1, which allows me to keep that post in my inbox or file it away for future reference. consequently, what I would like is for the post number to be listed next to the thread name when I look at the posts in my inbox. this would allow me to go to the thread a few posts before the post to me, then click on Next 10 and read the post to me without the system realizing I've read it.
