"Libs haven't shut up about anything else they feel strongly about." I've seen some liberals claim to be making big donations (so it's just wrong to claim people have shut up about this- on either side of the aisle)- but whoever claims it- it's vulgar behavior, and whoever pushes for claims, is indulging in vulgar and rude behavior. And the people who shut up about it? Still, good breeding- no getting around that, I'm afraid. This isn't a political issue, it's a manners issue- and we all have been raised differently wrt manners. But what I've seen on SI regarding people being grilled on their giving makes me nauseous- no matter who is doing it. I thought it needed to be said. I'm done now. I can't imagine being raised to think any differently, but I'm sure some people are.
