What this board wants to see is Yiwu's top 10 economic predictions for 2005 (does not have to be just China either, you can pick any countries you want)

The only sure one is No. 7 "Housing price in China will continue go up by small margin (5-10%)", but not in Shanghai or Beijing where the appreciation should be 15% to 20%, after doubling in last 3 years.
