Because the analyst estimates are for pro forma earnings.

Is this something that is ironclad? (I am not trying to be a smart-aleck, seriously asking). If so, could you provide a link? If there is proof-positive out there somewhere that analyst numbers are pro forma with some sort of list of what charges are excluded, I may reconsider. I guess the biggest hassle is just defining what is and isn't excluded ahead of time. Key being ahead of time.

Either way I am inclined to allow a one-time EPS category revision. But wait for further word before doing it. I want to discuss with PT before a definitive decision. And since I'm leaving for the day we may not address this until this evening or tomorrow.
