Yes, everyone uses pro forma estimates (First Call and S&P). If they didn't use the same standard, it would be difficult to compute an "average" estimate, etc.

For the record, my estimate of $0.30 plus does not include the "non-recurring" finance cost associated with the convertible debt conversion.

I would also note that the analyst consenses of $0.19 has been in place since before the refinancing took place so does not make provision for the non-recurring item either.

Is the intention to rework the analyst estimates as well to show the reworked analyst estimate of $0.10 per share?
