Hi Howy, I was surprised to see the CSL thread alive and some action on the stock, How are you guys doing? here is the latest from CSL, I just received it; << January 6, 2005 Stanley Sandner, CEO and Carlos Bacalao, Directors are pleased to announce Cadre Resources Ltd (the “Company”) has made the formal presentation dated December 9, 2004 to Electricidad del Caroni (EDELCA), in response to EDELCA’s request for an evaluation and plan to implement a Maintenance Program (the “Program”) within the reservoirs. The initial proposal was receipted by EDELCA. EDELCA is responsible for maintenance of the reservoirs. This Maintenance Program proposes to remove excessive sediment from water storage areas behind the dams and thereby mitigate the resulting excessive wear problem associated with the hydro electric turbines. Under this Program, as part of a long term project, the Company proposes to evaluate the total sediment reserves. One specific location requires immediate attention. The long term plan is to remove some 10 million tons per year of high value, high quality sand and gravel from the Bajo Caroni – (as a reservoir maintenance program). As part of that evaluation, the Company intends to proceed with sub bottom profiling and bulk sampling of the sediments in the reservoir(s). Negotiations and discussions with high-level EDELCA principals and with State of Bolivar government officials have continued throughout the holidays.
