since the defense seemed to make a better case for the prosecution than the prosecution did, I would say there has to be one confused jury. It will be interesting to see how long the jury is out on this one.

I'm not sure. Royer seemingly suggested in his statement that he didnt' know what Mr. Elgindy going to use the information for. For an FBI agent this is a surprising lack of curiosity. Didn't they both profit from the information....or did I misread?
