It should be obvious that almost 90 percent of Blacks vote for Democratic Presidential candidates.

I'm very much in favor of improving education and literacy rates in black communities. Once they learn to read and are educated, more vote Republican, as do peoples of all backgrounds. Ignorance is not bliss.
