Your faith in economic development is blind, non indiscriminating as to right and wrong. You make yourself sound like an apologist. It is apparently inconceivable to you that there could be a downside to economic development, depending on how it is done. Even Adam Smith was not of such blind faith. You should look into that Coke story. It is a story of injustice. You charaterizations of it are inaccurate. It may not matter to one who has no moral compass, but to those who do have a moral compass it is disturbing.
