Me too.
And some of them touch my soul.

I believe any American caught spitting on a GI returning from combat today will be confronted by civilians in a not too kindly manner.

It is a big deal to me to see our servicemen and women and their families treated with dignity and respect by others here at home. But things have grown beyond even that. Americans now reach out regularly, in a kind neighborly way, to military folks thousands of miles away as well as to their lonely families here at home.

The small kindnesses provide payback too.
That support has done absolute wonders for military morale.
The great spinoff is a much more cohesive and much stronger fighting force.

The little things have always been important to servicemen. They still are.

The organized dog fights in Kabul are disturbing imo. I'd like to see them stopped.

There is a montage of Miss Beasley photos also.
