The past two days here in Sarasota I have seen pan handling again. Men standing with signs asking for work or contributions for themselves and their family. Very sad. I would hope that everyone has compassion for those less fortunate as it is what distinguishes us from the lower species... Being poor or down and out is not a sin... Some just have had a bum rap in life.
