Slacker,

Do you have any upgrades factored in? A lot of the early adopters at DoCoMo and "3" are probably already upgrading, I'm not sure what kind of volume would be involved, but I could see an extra 1M-2M in the December quarter as a possibility.

We might just have to wait till April's earnings reprot to find out how many handsets were sold in the Dec Qtr. I liked it better when Q had a pretty good idea of what was sold during the current Qtr.

If your WAG is any where near accurate than either the current carriers have to step up their promotions or more networks need to come online or both to get to greater than 14M per Qtr.

China Mobile coming online this year would be a big boost but that's very iffy at best. Don't see how they would get to their target of 26M subs by end of 06 if they don't start their buildout till second half of this yr.
